I wanted to share with all of you one of the cakes made by a student of mine...Sonali Agarwal of Kanpur city.
Sonali had attended the Sugarcraft Flower and Foliage workshop at IHC, Delhi.
Sonali's letter attached here:

It was my sister-in-law's bday on 28th dec and the cake i made got me loads of appreciation. All thanks to you!

Sonali, great work....just keep it going...excellent shading on the leaves and pretty roses and carnations!!

ReplyDeleteI really dont think it has anything to do with me being a great teacher...I think that its how you deliver and explain the skills and the different ways of using what you have learnt that make all the difference.
When you really love what you are doing everything else falls in place..

ReplyDeleteYou are in the US...there are many classes going around who teach you cake decoration along with
fondant....Join any of those and you will be on track...Books will be a greater help thereon..

What a wonderful cake I am always amazed how beautiful they are it shows your a good cake maker when your students make beautiful cakes also. :-)
