Cupcakes for All
I know I have been away for a little longer than I had planned for... but am back and really eager to share what I made for my family... These are eggless chocolate cupcakes with some marzipan decorations and some fondant flowers.
Look at all that detail. I really want to tp take a course in working with sugar paste. But its a little pricey for me now. Marzipan is a favorite for shaping.
I recently purchased a book with these beautiful roses to make- which, of course, I'm just not ready for yet. However, I do love looking at your wonderful creations.
those look so pretty Swati! marzipan is so much easier than fondant, right? I need to make something creative with it soon, as your cupcakes are very inspiring!:)
Dear TBC, thanks :)) It was a lot of fun doing the marzipan sweater and scarf decorations ..I did this for the first time.
Cham, you are too sweet ...Thanks so much!
Mansi, yes marzipan is definitely easier to handle and you need to only hand mould them.. It does not require specialized tools like in fondant work....Look forward to see your cupcakes :))
You know Swati I have no words to describe the beauty of all these creations they are so delicate and the arc is so cute and beautiful, you know?... If I were in your country I'd be the first one to enroll in your courses
