Pillow Cake, Pretty Sprays and more.........

A pillow cake !! A delicious marble cake covered in fondant and a baby elephant topper...
I have a workshop coming up in Delhi this June on 10th and 11th and have this in one of the classes.. I hope people enjoy doing this as much as I did..





I have also done some spray arrangements .. The different flowers are covered in the Flower and Foliage Workshop ..


















In the midst of making these sprays I had some more fun with fondant and made these little things.. They are really miniature creations and would look great on petit fours and even chocolates.. What say??

Some of my blogger friends have graciously passed on some awards.. I have really delayed putting up some of them on my blog but I thank each one of you to have me in your thoughts..Afterall its the thought that counts and matters most!!

Ivy presented me with a " I love you this much award". I have met Ivy a couple of months back and we have developed a very good relationship.. Thanks to the world of blogging which has enriched my life with so many new found friends.. Love you too Ivy!!





Tartasacher an amazing blogger friend from Spain is another friend I treasure..She is a extremely warm and reciprocative person with a whole lot of goodies in her blog Milpostres .... She had a very precious award,as she mentioned,Quiéreme......which in English means Love me.. for people you connect with specially..ain't that very special..Thanks a ton Tartasacher..





Uma a blogger with very nice recipes and a very pleasant person to know along with LG with a very nice blog and warmth think I rock !!

Cham has always been very sweet and prompt with her friendly hellos.. and she too has a great load of lovely food cooking in her blog..

I will keep these with me for a while ... and pass them on in another few days ... ;)

    Swati I LOVE LOVE LOVE that elephant (I love elephants ) and this is sooo cute, the pillow and the fowers look like real, and the little cat is so cute, as you can see I LOVE animals :o)

    I chose this as one of the contents for the upcoming workshop because its simple and people can get very creative with it..It looks very impressive too :))

    The creations are majestic....the Pillow looks like a magic carpet for a cutely enchanting elephant. Also, love the selection of the colors and the mix of elements in the sprays.

    Hi Srivalli, what I do with my creations..The ones I make for home they are safely stored away and some are displayed in my house :)) .. My family admires the creations and want to keep them :)) Sweet isnt it !!

    Indranee, parathas are an evergreen thing in North Indian Homes..straight from breakfast and what a variety, isnt it!! All mums are great cooks :))
