Hi everyone
I just came back yesterday after a weeks travel.. My trip to Jaipur was excellent..Though the purpose of my travel was my workshop there but being in your home town has its own charm and magic. I got a very warm welcome there and the workshop went on smoothly.
I got to meet a whole set of new people who were very enthusiatic and fun loving.
This is one of the quickest cakes that I have made so far. Its a pineapple sponge cake which is decorated with fresh cream and a fondant doll sits on it.
Choosing fresh cream as icing was obvious as fresh cream goes very well with pineapple sponge.
The fondant doll was heavy and thus the hands have got slightly smudged with the cream .. So it wasn't the best option!!
But the cake tasted good it was a nice experience to experiment with fresh cream.
I will catch up with all your wonderful posts very soon.. Thanks for understanding.
Happy Friendship Day!!!
Glad you are back. I love pineapple flavor in cake.
