Farewell Chocolate Cake

On the ocassion of a colleague's farewell I bid them off with this chocolate cake..
The cake has been finished with a dark chocolate ganache icing and decorated with sugarcrafted roses.
I added two sprigs of sugarcrafted berries to give some added interest.

I am heading for my workshop in Delhi now and will catch up with all of you on Friday again.

I also express my gratitude to Andhra Flavors wh presented me with a Nice Matters Award and the Good Chat Blog again. Thanks Andhra Flavors!!
