Swati I found your blog today and I am so impressed, but I have to mention that I have seen this exact cake elsewhere. Did you make a replica? This cake appeared in a decorating book I was reading at work, but the name of it escapes me.

That is absolutely lovely! I just wanted to know waht do you use instead of raw egg whites for things like royal icing? since there is a risk of salmonella poisoning with raw eggs?
