A BIG "Hi" to everyone... It really feels great to hear from so many of you...
This two tier cake was made for a formal occasion. The highlight of the cake was the butterfly- which I loved making!!!. The butterfly is done using the color flow technique.

Hello Swati I posted my first fondant cake, it is not nice but I promise I will improve, I wanted to share it with you...because you inspired me to try sugar paste, of course I need tons of practice :)
Just lovely, Swati. Blue is used so little in cooking/baking that it is such a joy to see, especially when tinting butterflies. : )
