I made this Chocolate Cake for a small gathering at home yesterday.
Though I have made several chocolate cakes before but this one turned out to be the best so far..Extremely moist, perfect taste and the right amount of sweetness... The verdict of the guests... "Mindblowing" ....
I was happier for some other reason though .. :)) My brother-in-law had got me some very nice chocolate modelling paste from the UK some time back and I wanted to try some chocolate modelling since then. So the decorations that you see here are with pure dark and white chocolate...
I made the white chocolate modelling paste at home and the dark chocolate was the ready made one as I wrote earlier. The home made one needs improvement and I will experiment with it further to get the paste right while the ready made one worked really well. The chocolate decorations were very fast to prepare and was very happy trying something new.
